Butt Plate, No. 4 rifle Canadian Mk 1* & C No. 7 rifles (Last One)
Identical in shape to the earlier Brass and Zamac butt plates but made from steel with a oil blackened finish. To my knowledge only ever produced in Canada and fitted to Long Branch Mk 1* rifles and all C No. 7 rifles. If you wish to return your rifle to correct factory finish this is the butt plate you need. It is obviously interchangeable with No. 4`s of any Maker, in service an armourer would fit what was on hand without worrying about Matching originality. New old Stock
